We really had an awesome time recording on the coast. The weather was ridiculously nice for this time of year. The living room had a panoramic view of the ocean. Our underpaid and overworked recording engineers were real troopers. Kevin dawned a red jogging suit and Zach wore a Mexican wrestling mask for much of the sessions.
I was also presented with a cake, a pair of studio headphones as well as a bottle of scotch for my birthday. Apparently I was totally oblivious to the cake making despite having walked into the kitchen once or twice.
And now after like 9 years, Nervous and the kid will finally have a new album. We still need money to put it out though. So please pre-purchase your copy.
